Account Creation: To access Pro tools, you need to create an account using your email address and password. Account creation allows us to provide secure payment processing via PayPal and send you updates about new tools and features.

Free Trial System: When you create an account, you can activate a 5-minute free trial for each Pro tool individually. This allows you to test each tool before deciding to upgrade. After the trial expires for a specific tool, you'll need to purchase Pro access ($5 one-time) to unlock all Pro tools permanently.

Data We Store: When you create an account, we store:

• Email address (for account authentication and updates)
• Full name (optional)
• Payment records (for Pro access verification via PayPal)
• Tool trial usage (to track which tools you've tested)

Authentication: We use Supabase for secure authentication and user management. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text.

Email Updates: Your email may be used to send important updates about new tools, features, and service announcements. You can opt out at any time.

Client-Side Processing: Most tools on X2Y dev Tools run entirely in your browser. Your files, images, code, and data are processed locally on your device and never leave your browser.

Server-Side Processing: Some tools require server-side processing:

• DNS Finder: Domain names are sent to our server for DNS record lookups. We do not store this data.
• Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, share, rent, gift, or accidentally “misplace” your data with third parties. Nothing leaves our ecosystem

No Tracking: We do not use analytics or tracking cookies to monitor your browsing behavior.

Pro Access: X2Y dev Tools offers optional Pro access through a one-time payment of $5.00 USD, processed securely via PayPal.

Payment Processing: All payment transactions are processed by PayPal. We do not store your credit card information or payment details on our servers. Please refer to PayPal's privacy policy for information on how they handle your payment data.

Payment Records: After successful payment, we store your PayPal order ID, payment amount, currency, and payment date in our database to verify your Pro access.

No Recurring Charges: The Pro access payment is a one-time fee with lifetime access. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Some tools may make API requests to third-party services:

• PayPal: For secure payment processing (Pro access only)
• Supabase: For user authentication and database services
• is.gd: For URL shortening service
• NPM Registry: For package information and CDN link generation
• Bundlephobia API: For package size information
• Trustpilot: For displaying customer reviews and ratings

These requests only send necessary data (package names, URLs, domain names), never your personal files or sensitive data. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All connections use HTTPS encryption
• Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text
• Row Level Security (RLS) protects your database records
• Payment processing is handled by PayPal's secure systems

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and associated data
